Come Fly The Friendly Skies with ‘Boeing Boeing’

Coming to the CLO Cabaret February 5th-April 26th is the Tony Award-winning comedy, Boeing Boeing, a lively tale of a pseudo playboy (Bernard) with a propensity for extra-curricular activities within his jet-setting lifestyle. During his exploits, Bernard racks up a total of three brides-to-be; One German, Italian, and American.

All three of the women are flight attendants, which Bernard uses to his full advantage, until one fateful day a scheduling mishap descends each woman knocking on the door of his Paris flat at the same time.

This is bound to end well.

Boeing Boeing is from the mind of French playwright, Marc Camoletti, and it premiered in 1960 at Théâtre de la Comédie-Caumartin, Paris. In 1991, it was named the most performed French play in the world by The Guinness Book of Records.

Boeing Boeing has recently seen revivals in London and New York theaters, with Pittsburgh as the next destination. Directed by the CLO’s Van Kaplan, be sure not to miss this delightfully sinful, light-hearted affair.
